Grounds Without Foundation

We form grounds without foundation
When we trust without inspection;
When we simply start believing what we share.

Common knowledge often settles
On an unsubstantial basis.
Soil’s unstable when it’s floating in the air.

We fall victim, when we build on
The Through-Nothing-Drifting Bedrock,
To illusions unsupportive of our stance.

All constructive thoughts require
A firm base of understanding.
Don’t adopt what’s only spotted at first glance.
